The White Sox have made a big move today sending SP Mark Buerhle, OF Scott Podsednik, and 2B Chris Getz to the Brewers for the expiring contract of OF Corey Hart. The Brewers outfield has been terrible in the field this whole season. This move also saves the Sox a bunch of money to spend on the always promising 2010 free agent class. Brian Anderson, clearly not one of the good Anderson outfielders in this division. Chris Jacobson, take that .174 magglio avg to A-ball. This move opened up a spot in the rotation for prospect Aaron Poreda who is scheduled to make his first start vs. Detroit. Also called up were P Clayton Richard and 3B Wilson Betemit, taking the roster spots of Wassermann, Jacobson, and D. Ward.Monday, June 22, 2009
