Game 2: 4/14/09

An exciting finish left the fans in Comerica park leaving happily. C. Guillen had a walk off single in the ninth inning after a J. Anderson lead off double to give the Tigers a 5-4 win. That all could have been avoided if D. Price could have saved a game. Price gave up the 2 run lead in the top of the ninth without recording an out. One of those runs came from a P. Konerko solo shot. M. Buehrle and R. Porcello [other than the 3 throwing errors (shades of '06 World Series)] pitched solid, each picking up a No Decision. M. Cabrera was intentionally walked twice to get to the struggling P. Sandoval. B. Clevlen was taken out of the game after a first inning error.
